Template Management View

Denti.AI Scribe's Template Management View lets you find, organize, and maintain all templates in one place. Use filters to quickly narrow the list and actions to create or modify templates.

Accessing Template Management View

  • Click Templates at the top of the screen

Filters

  • Search: Type to find templates by name or keywords
  • Template type: Filter by type, such as Simple, Structured, Auto‑Chart, Referral Letter, Dictation, Coaching
  • Category: Show only templates in selected categories, such as Hygiene, Restorative, Exams, Surgery
  • Display on every visit: Toggle to view templates marked "Display on every visit"

Template Actions

  • New: Create a new template from scratch. Choose a type, add sections and AI fields, set options and defaults
  • Edit: Open an existing template to change content, AI fields, categories, or "Display on every visit"
  • Duplicate: Clone a template to make a variation without changing the original
  • Delete: Remove a template you no longer need
