Dictation

You can either record a full visit or simply dictate a quick note. For the latter, create a Dictation tab and use the Dictation template. The note is a straight transcript with light formatting and grammar cleanups only — no clinical template structure is applied.

Create Dictation Note

  1. Click + to add a new tab in the visit.
  1. Click the microphone and speak naturally. Click Stop to finish.
  1. Choose Dictation from the template list.
  1. The dictated text is formatted into a note.

Edit and Insert

  • Correct words inline as you would any text
  • Use Undo or Redo to revert quick edits
